I moved into Arbors in May of 2008. My apartment was sparkling and smelled great. They even did the outside of the windows. The two managers in the office are very nice and professional. Any needs that I have had, has been adressed in a timely manner. For this, I have referred two of my friends here. The price I got for that is $400 off my rent for the month of August. The light that comes in my apartment in the morning is great.
