Review for Lakeview Villas Apartments

Ok...there is only ONE manager, a fat manager name annie who is a total prick. she tells you, you can do one thing and the next thing she tells you that you were not suppose to do it. although there is new renovations and the place looks better....the mainentance people and MANAGER are arrogant. they do not know how to treat their residence, their customers. when they do repairs and mainentance, their vechiles own the whole entire parking lot. They do not care if it causes an inconvenience to the residents. A lot of the crew live on site....good thing??? no! workers are allowed to do whatever they want....such as bring their entire family to the pool whenever they want, day or night. but residents are required to bring their pool passes. they don't even know your name and every time you access the pool, they question you if you live here. very very poor customer service.

the fat manager is never in the office when you need her to be. office hours are posted and the signs always says open but she's never there and dont even think about calling because she will not answer the phone. o and b/c the crew live on site....you will hear loud music playing from the pool and the parking lots, even early on the weekends. who wants to wake up to that. and they are okay with it because they work here....if it were the residents....it wouldn't be tolerated. this place sucks ass....and i will definitely move when my lease ends. im a student and i've lived in many apartments prior to this.....this complex is by far the most dissapointing place with the most unprofessional and arrogant staff. STAY AWAY


BTW: wifi here sucks and management says they're welcome in your apartment anytime but they never leave notices.

Ignorance is a shameful thing. Obviously this uneducated resident doesn't understand that it is apartment living. I love living at Lakeview and get along with the staff very well. My suggestion to this ignorant resident would be get your credit in order buy a house. Stop blaming other people for your misfortunes.
