The maintenance takes forever to fix something, IF they ever do fix it for you. The staff in the leasing office may SEEM nice but trust me, they will make you hate them by time you leave. I hope you love spiders because when you get your mail, there will be a bunch of them over there since no one cleans it. You pay $1000 and still have to pay for all utilities, have old appliances that sound like they're going to break, and disgusting landscaping. I hope you like walking through trees too because trust me, they don't trim the trees over the sidewalks. Then once you move out, they'll take every dime and more from you. They'll charge you extra for damages and not use the deposits you've given them. That's just a brief explanation of why I wish I never lived there.
