1. Besides my most recent concern of cockroaches&. 2. The fact that they neglected to tell us of the continuing problem before they had us sign the lease 3. I have young kids to worry about being exposed to the treatment intended to kill the roaches 4. It is obvious that any past treatments were not productive 5. Recent treatments have also been useless 6. Staff is either all new or idiots 7. Maintneance couldn't figure out why the master bedroom reaches temps of 42 degrees F 8. Sure they give out plastic kits for tenants to try to install over windows, just because they would rather not fix anything 9. Electrical plus are so worn out, toaster plug literally falls out; their solution is to bend all of the prongs 10. Bathroom sink leaked since before we unpacked the U-haul; and took three visits and two weeks to have it fixed 11. Dishwasher leaked out onto floor; took over seven visits, two seals and two different doors to get it fixed. 12. Clothes washer, although brand new, made horrible noise, turns out the shipping rod was never removed... idiots! 13. They placed roach baits in our cupboards so that the roaches would be directed to crawl over our plates. We cant even eat without washing our dishes and silverware first. 14. Cable box/wall outlet in bedrooms, although told hooked up to main outlet in living room was not, and required special attention from their selective cable provider. 15. Even though we were told during both our tours that we would have designated parking for our two cars, we only have one. I often have to park far from my unit and walk thought the grass to get to front door. 16. Bathroom smells like cigarette smoke from others smoking in their bathroom, vents are connected. 17.Comunity hot water heater, who knows which unit pays for that, but water pressure is poor, temp is inconsistent, and pipe wake us up around 6:00 am when others start getting ready work and the pipes start getting thermal cycled. 18.Turns out that after trying anything to fix the heat, I pulled the cover to the thermostat off and noticed a switch on the circuit board saying "elect"/"gas". Guess what it was set on and what type of heat we have? Yes, we have gas! A completely untrained person is more failure with the systems that their trained experts. 19. We were told that the place meticulously cleaned for us and double checked while we were signing lease. Turns out it must have been cleaned and checked by a blind person. Even the light switches are dirty, the mirror has paint on it, and the window tracks have small pet size dust balls living in them.... 20. Cold air leaks in at the location where the end of the carpet meets the wall. 21. After two weeks form telling them that the bathroom door hinge was loose; it fell off while my three year was opening it. 22.The inside of the exterior walls are colder than our freezer while the basement is consistently at about 80+ degrees; again I am not sure they regulate the associated cost to the office and not the tenants, but after seeing how they perform their other business tasks.... 23. They would not install a GFCI outlet for the aquarium to ensure our childrens safety. 24. Many of the actual outlet assemblies are loose inside the box and or wall and many do not faces that are parallel to the wall. 25. When they finally were given permission to replace one of the outlets, the stupid __c__rs installed a used one that is still worn out! Give me a Fricke break, we pay almost $900/mo and these items cost $3. 26. Tub calk cracks repeatedly since panels are not accurately installed and can move. They third solution was to install the calk bead lines a half inch thick, not to specification due to the effects of thermal expansion. So guess what happen to the calk? Yes, it cracked. Bottom line job security to the maintenance crew is more important than being able to fix things the first time. They never did see or attempt to calk the floor to tub joint that has also been cracked. 27. Furnace makes some kind of weird electric start clicking noise, similar to a gas grill. 28. Entry door seal torn and worn out. 29. Frige door seal torn and worn out. 30. The calk is deteriorating in the kitchen where it was placed to fill in a gap due to poor installation; counter top is not level. 31. Bathroom sink top is about 5 degrees off. 32. Bathroom ceiling material is cracking and starting to fall off; probably because the fan motor is worn out and ventilation duct work has never been cleaned out. 33. Shower wall is flaking. They must have painted it. 34. Random locations have touch up rolled paint of different tone; off white instead of pure white. 35. Comunity entrance to garage door knob has been sized up for over a month. They say they plan to fix it. 36. Car entry door wont close when car is inside.

If you still would like to live here, you might want to seak mental counseling.
