Review for Drakeshire Apartments

I have lived in this community for only 2 1/2 months. I found right off that the apartment was not cleaned before I moved in as promised. There wre roaches, spiders and centipedes crawling around. Mgt says they want to come in to exterminate seems like every three weeks. After clearing all your cupboards and closets only to learn that no one has even been in your unit to do any exterminating.

This apparently is an Indian community. They all seem to congrugate out in the halls and parking lots keeping their doors open and shoes out in the hall. It appears that they are sub leasing and often you'll find 6 or more of them in a one bedroom apartment. They'll start to speaking in their language that you can't understand whenever you come out of your apartment and they are standing around out in the halls. They drop food or trash in the halls and parking lot and don't bother to pick it up. Some, put their trash outside the trash container oppose to inside. I can't wait to move out of here in April if I can last that long. (I'm just doing the count down) Being that I am on the lower level, I have to contend with them stomping and rumping up and down the stairs all day and night...adjacent my apartment and above my head. Someone told me that they are applying their tactics in an effort to get me out so that they can move more of their friends and relatives in. I feel sorry for whoever else comes after me who is not one of them. I observed all of this withing two weeks of being in this unit. A lady I met a few doors in another unit says "If you think that's bad, then they all congrugate in her unit sitting in the windows on the window sills with their kids and laughing and talking loud all through the night. It appears very few of them go to work.
