Review for River Valley Apartments

Speed Pass This Place!!! Enter at your own Risk! First off the Management is very arguementative and unprofessional if you approach them in a polite manner they will argue at you, no adequate parking, space very limted. Then when you park in the back of the building by the dimmed light near the door because that's the ONLY safe spot you can find at night. Robyn Klouse ( the management )will try and say you broke your lease which its NOT INDICATED in the lease that your not suppose to park there. They try and find the smallest reason to keep your deposit. Managment allow there child to scream at the top of his lungs in front of the apartment windows at 10am and when you ask them nicely to tune it down a little because your trying to sleep. Managments reply is; It's 10 am!Close Your Windows!!! IF YOU WANT BLAST YOUR MUSIC! Management is very indigent with you! I'm thinking to myself: that doesn't mean I want to get up that early after working 16.5 hours straight! Warning: Don't Come!
