Review for Renaissance Apartments

I have lived here for 8 months. During this time I lived with no heat or ventilation in my bathrom, the cupboard below the sink is mildewed and rotted out, the driveway has potholes and is caving in on the right side, the office staff are very VERY unprofessional and are not knowledgable of marketing or leasing apartments, the rental office reeks of cigarette smoke where the manager and maintenance man sit and smoke all day, the weeds and lawn are overgrown, the hallways are oderifous, there are cobwebs, stains and torn carpeting at every entry, the entry buzzer system does not work. These conditions still exist after 8 months and I am afraid of losing my $585 deposit if I move before my lease expires. I would NOT recommend Renaissance Apartments to my worst enemy as a place to live!!
