I would recommend avoiding this place unless you have extra cash upon moveout. We were charged over $1400 for damages that we did not cause - mostly damage from a faulty water heater that flooded part of the apartment and the replacement thereof scratched vinyl, etc. The office staff reacted as if this damage was ours, and we will probably have to appear in court shortly to fight these charges as they will not charge us what we reasonably owe.
