Where Not To Rent Emerald "Pathetic" Park

Rented: 2008 To 2009

The LOUDEST place I ever lived for such a high cost. The grounds are a complete mess, snow removal very unorganized and not maintained, halls and sidewalks always dirty, parking should be regulated more with permits because junk cars are everywhere, swimming pool is an oversized tiolet, the ceilings leak from bad roofs and the upper balconies, neighbors are loud with loud music. You also can hear every foot step in the hallways and above you in the apartments and the worse is you can hear your neighbors having their grown-up time in bed or otherwise... I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone except a party person who could care less. What A Waste of MONEY on a lease!!!
