Hickory Management is the most unorganized, poorly run company I have ever encountered.

They never return phone calls when it is promised that they will "check up" on something and get back to you. No one ever knows what is going on or how to answer your questions, so they just avoid your questions by promising a call back, which never comes.

Their response to maintenance requests is horrible. It once took three weeks, three separate requests, and a little bit of attitude to get maintenance to come for something important. In addition, on one occasion when maintenance was at my apartment when I was not home, they left my apartment door unlocked when they left. It has been a horrible experience and I cannot wait to move out.
