Overall the apartment is ok, needs a facelift. Cracking walls, needs new carpet.
The rent is reasonable, has free heat, washer/dryer in apt.
The staff is so so. Lots of people in and out (near a corner with stop sign)
Neighbors below ... quite, next door...loud and drunk most days, but nice...
bottom floor neighbors... dirty and loud! Keeps trash outside door all the time, but I guess you can get that anywhere
