The property is wrout with problems. From noise to tresspassing. There is no security and no street lights. The maintenance personel, when they have any one is low quality and they never have any parts to fix any thing! they never return to fix any thing they start. This place is drug infested and the noise from some of the passing cars is unbareable and its constant.
