Very quiet - of course thats because most of the tenants are in bed by 7 and none of them work, nor are they elderly! Your pill poppin neighbors spend days trying to get money by mooching off you and just say yes the first time because they will call you with 500 different ways to make you so irritated you give in and bust out your penny jar or any last dime you may have. Management? HA! Half of the 20 unit complex burnt down and not a word or sight of management - while the tenants slept outside there apartment, and this was in December. Pathetic if you ask me!
