A Very Happy Tenant!

I moved in last September and its been my best apartment experience so far. I had two apartments before moving here, both experiences were so horrifying, I don't know which was worse.


My apartment was in great shape when I moved it. The only thing that's needed work since moving in is my fridge - it was leaking a little. Was fixed the same day I called.


All the neighbors are very quiet. I never hear anyone. I'd say the worst point might be for a potential renter is the sound of the traffic on woodward, but it doesn't bother me at all.


Very cute, well kept, quite neighbors, quick repairs, friendly management, and a very good price!
