Review for Wakefield Apartments

theese apartments are owned by a slum lord!!! the grounds are disgusting you will never receive maintenance . they do not open their pool and i lived there and paid my rent every month and still never received a new front door mine was leterally hanging off the hinges. there is always new staff in the office, althogh there was one manager that actually did try to make changes but because of the slum lord, she was not able too.this property has no business representing oakland county. it is the most unproffesional place ve ever seen and the landlord Ghassen Saed will NEVER give you your security deposit back. can you beleive hes a doctor at wayne state and works professionally bet then takes money from every person that rents from me and my neighbor moved out at the same time and we both had to take him to court for our deposit back. so if you think he is a proffesional dr. remeber it is a decoy!! he is a slum lord and a thief! do not trust this complex with your money. do not put money in this property to live because you will be disappointed and living in so much filth. the garbage there looks like a carnival just picked up and left. thats how much garbage is on the grounds at all times!!! they dont plow snow or landscape in the summer! you fall everytime it snows its like a sheet of ice ont he sidewalks. and the grass is yellow in the summer beleive me you will be emberassed to have company over there if you live there its so horrible. I couldnt beleive the City of Southfield allows this proeprty to be maintained like this and when I called to complain the lady said Mam we get so many complains on this propety evey year we ticket them for violations for interior and exterior work, we have NEVER received this many complaints on any property other than this. so please drive thru the property before you lease and ask the neighbors they all cant wait to get out of there. Do Not contribute to the Slum LORD!!!!!
