Review for Franklin Hills Apartments

I have lived in Franklin Hills Townhomes for two years. I must say that from day one I was very unimpressed to say the least. I moved here basically because I have some blemishes on my credit that I am trying to correct. The townhome is well priced, however I guess the saying that "you get what you pay for" applies here. I have so many complaints that I do not know where to begin. My townhome is in need of numerous repairs and is very outdated! I would assume that the cabinetry in this place is about as old as me. That is 42 years! The pipes bang so loudly in my home that my family believes a break in is occuring daily! The townhomes have a so called entrance that is steel! This is a safety hazard because in the winter it is very slippery when cold! It is an eyesore in the summer because it completely rusty from the winter until maintenance comes by with the "spray can" lol!!!!! The maintenace department is lousy, lousy, lousy! I have things that have needed repair for over a year! I guess they are so slow because they are probably hung over from drinking in the parking lot! My advice to anyone considering Franklin Hills is to look elsewhere unless you like to look at this subpar joke of a house!
