Review for Bay Hill Apartments

I have lived in Bay Hill for almost two years and the living conditions have gone down hill! In general most tenants do not respect each other (i.e. smoking and leaving trash in common areas and playing loud music on a regular basis). There have also been three different management teams that have attempted to manage this large complex. The current management team is the worst of the three. Requests to management to address noise and trash problems go unanswered. This seems to be the common theme for management (at least their consistent at something). Requests for building maintenance take weeks to months and are only completed after numerous phone calls. There are very few redeeming qualities to this complex. We have had numerous friends move out of the complex for the reasons mentioned above and now we are planning on doing the same.
