Review for Warren Club Aparments Apartments

#1 I don't even feel safe walking the short distance from my car into my door unless I have my pepper spray in my hand, almost wishing I could carry a handgun. Saying it straight out I am a single white female and frankly black men walking around here at night scare the hell out of me. #2 The noise of the neighbors has bothered me from the ghetto booming of radios, the loud outside conversations of ignorant people screaming at all hours of the night, and my idiot neighbor below me who I have acutally had to call the Warren police to make him keep his music down. #3 The entire area of 12 Mile and Dequindre might as well be 6 Mile and Dequindre. People walking around all the time, waiting for the busses - it's a little Detroit right on my corner. #4 The traffic going in and out of the complex. The driveway is butted right against a very busy produce store and if you want to go south on Dequindre either forget, be very careful, or go north to turn around safely and continue south. #5 The maintenance, or lack there of. I had an emergency in my apartment, they never responded to the call. I had to wake a friend up to come over and fix it.
