It is unfortunate when a site manager retires after 30+ years, however, I have been the Property manager for over 10 years and was upset to hear someone felt our appearance was less than maintained. Elizabeth Lake Estates Apartments is a luxury apartment community that sits on 42 acres. With the replacement of the carport sheeting and addition of seasonal plantings the property has never looked so beautiful. I appreciated hearing from a renter what large apartments (heat included) we have as well as we have large townhouses.
