Okay in the summer we had NO air conditioner...a repairman came into our unit 4 times and didn't fix anything. in the winter we had no heat for over a week...it was 50 degrees in our apartment. NO covered parking..the laundry room had one washer and dryer. the dryer never worked. i got a parking violation on a licensed, registered vehicle for no reason. over all, if you make a complaint..give it at least 2 weeks before they fix anything. i had a broken refrigerator in my apartment for 3 weeks before they fixed it and they didnt replace anything in my freezer or fridge that i had to throw away. that just isn't their "policy" here. it overall is the worst place i have ever lived and i will not be signing another lease. run far far away from here. its ghetto and trashy
