Rented: From 2007 To 2009

I have lived here for over 2 years and i have never had a problem. The staff is friendly and care about all us residents. The maintenance is fast and efficent. i have only had to put in three service calls and they were all taken care of the day i called them in. I have never had any break-ins in my car or apartment. Most places i dont like walking out at night but here i never feel unsafe. The aparments are unique and spacious. When i first walked into my apartment my mouth dropped at the size and style. I would recommend The Orchards of Newburgh to anyone looking for a safe and quiet place to live.
