I'm currently renting here...I'm very sorry I moved here. Poor value for you money. You will pay monthly for trash pick-up. You will pay a set fee for water; not metered, a set fee. So you could pay more than you use. Big stain on carpet when I moved in. Inept maintenance staff. Poor heating system with only two outlets in front of one bedroom unit. Front office is closed often, just because they want to. They take the whole day off in middle of week. Poor value for money. I pay 565.oo, plus water and trash. High electric bill in winter because of heating unit.
