Review for Venoy Pines Apartments

The staff is not very helpful, have seen at least 6 different maintenance
guys in the 3 years we've been here. the windows facing the Warren Woods
apartments leak very bad when it pours, the water floods out into the sills
and onto the floor, you need to use towels to stop it. Have had many noise
related issues and received no help from the office on the matter, was told
to do it myself, or call the police. I am always seeing new water damage in
the ceilings. the parking lot is large but never gets salted during the winter
months, so ice and snow remain until it melts, and refreezes back to ice and
melts, and so forth. My experience here has not been an enjoyable one I would
not recommend this place to anyone period. Although I never feel unsafe, there
are way too many people sometimes at night hanging out in the parking lots,
or that sit in their cars with their music loud in front of the buildings for
hours at a time, and nothing is done regardless of the number of complaints.
