Review for Chateau Village Apartments

The apartment itself was very nice, one of my favorites, but management is EXTREMELY RUDE and DO NOT care about it's tenants. I had problems with neighbors all the time, they even "accidentally" flooded the apartments below them. Maintenance would show up several weeks after calling in an issue. You had to keep calling to get anything fixed and always took at least a week before they addressed it. It took them TWO MONTHS to fix damaged apartments. My unit had people in it all the time fixing walls and ceilings and some rooms couldn't be used during that time. The people who plow snow from the parking lots don't know how to and often would trap cars not parked under "covered parking spots". So, if you have two cars, forget it. They charge all kinds of fees for everything, change their policies without notice, you can hear neighbors doing everything, dogs wake you at night. Management sent our rent checks through twice in one month "accidentally", causing headaches and were rude about it. If a better management company would buy them, it might actually be a nice place to live.

I agree!! Wouldn't recommend either!!
