Do not rent here if you want any kind of decent internet connection. The association at Legends signed an exclusive monopolized deal with the terrible internet and TV service provider "Broadstar Communications." This company merely repackages other utility providers services at a 20% markup. If you don't believe me you can check the Better Business Bureau which gave the company an F rating. Further, their "internet included" is a complete sham. The fastest speeds you can get here is .5 megs. It's supposed to run at 1 meg which is nowhere near even the slowest of Comcast's internet speeds. Further, the assocation refuses to do anything about it except to repeatedly tell you that Broadstar is attempting to fix the situation. Nothing is being done. Do NOT live here if you care about utilities that even substandard apartment complexes in Ypsilanti would provide!
