run as fast as you can do NOT NOT ever rent from them !!!!! if you do have someone check the floors and the electrical !! the fuse box caught fire! notice i said fuse box nobody has fuse boxes anymore the floor was rottted and you could see up stairs into the bathroom under the toilet . imagine every time you sit down wondering if you are going to fall thru! NEVER RENT FROM SINGLTONS
