I've lived at Birch Hill now for 2 years, going on 3. I really enjoy the area. We have new owner/management and they go out of their way to assist us. They have also made some great updates to the property since they took ownership in October 2008 and they have more planned for this year. The staff is always courtesy to me, and the maintenance work is always done ASAP. They certainly have exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a good place to live, this is it. A suggestion for an update to the property would be a nice little pond on the west side of the complex by the office area. Keep up the good work!
