If you want to live in the ghetto, live here. It's supposed to be a college apartment complex, hence the name "University Management" but everyone I have seen is older and probably living off welfare. You can hear every footstep above you if on the first or second floor. It's dirty, no one ever cleans. My apartment was FILTHY when I moved in and I had to clean it myself. And don't think about parking in the parking lot for a minute if you don't have a pass, because you will get towed.
