Review for Country Village Apartments

This has got to be the absolute worst place to live on the face of the whole entire earth! I have never lived in a place like this before, I have lived for about 3 and a hlf years and we are finally breaking our lease to leave because we absolutely cannot take it anymore! The pool is disgusting and dirty, leaves/trash floating in it, tiles missing from the sides of it and not to mention the door into the pool is almost always propped open all summer long and if it's not, the kids that are swimming (with no parental supervision half the time) just let ya in anyhow. The playground is in absolute shambles, swings broken, the baby swing broken, there are wooden poles sticking up out of the ground and plastic breaking and chipping off of the little house thing at the playground. We have found several tiny baggies that I assume were used to hold illegal drugs at one point, in the playground sand, not to mention hollow pen tubes and countless pieces of tin foil. Maintenance rarely ever comes out when you call the office. The grounds are filthy and disgusting almost all of the time. The dumpsters are always full of furniture and old broken tv's amongst other things like old refridgerators and appliances that the trash companies will not take and the complex won't pay to have them removed properly. I once also spotted a hypodermic needle on the grass outback of our apartment building, the maintenance man came and picked it up and snappedthe needle off wih his bare hands!! I could go on and on but I hope you get the picture. They are very hesitant to do anything for their tennants here but if you are one day late on rent, best believe they got that paper under your door and will send maintenance techs to your day everyday to harass you.
