Review for Waters Edge Townhouse Apartments

I visited Waters Edge Townhomes when looking for a new apartment and spoke with the manager there. I was rushed into signing a document without reading it and in turn was swindeled out of a large sum of money. There was nothing I could do because I did sign the paper but my signiture rushed in a very under-handed way as I was verbaly lied to multiple times. I am very cautious and not easily tricked but it through me off gaurd coming from a place and manager like this. I have thankfully decided not to live there, I can't imagine what it would be like to have managers like this. If living here is your only option enter with extreme caution but personally I would accept anything else.
