Review for Wellington Ridge Apartments

This place is HORRIBLE!! You will never get anything fixed right the first time (if they come at all). Water pipes burst causing apartments to be filled with water. The railroad cut down all of the trees along the tracks so now we have a lovely straight on view of the train and the tracks that this place is almost built on top of. Oh... I almost forgot to let all of the parents know that out lovely park was built about 40 feet from the train tracks with no sort of safety fence around it, as was the grilling area. The office management is all either close friends or related to each other somehow. That means.... if you or your child does something to irritate the staff.... watch out. The management at this place is wacked! They write up the residents that they should be trying to keep.... and do nothing about the ones that should be booted out. The grounds here are beautiful.... but dont expect your apartment to be move in ready.... the staff is to busy planting more bushes..... or smoking right at the entrance door :)
