I lived in Boulder Ridge, but they are managed by the same company. The on-site manager was a bit cranky, but that can happen when dealing with disrespectful college students. The workout center pool and tanning beds were a bonus, but paying for them when i didnt use them was a bummer. Everything was brandnew as of 2006.
