Richards Rentals is the worst place I have lived. A few problems I have had is the Washer, it has broken, in the same way 4 times and over flowed leaking water everywhere. It has been taken away all 4 times and it keeps breaking. Another incident I had is when they towed my car which I had on file with them and they made me foot the bill. Linda and Gloria are the worst property managers I have ever seen. Stay away and find a place that won't try to rip off their tenants.
