These apartments are a pretty good deal. Ours is a nice, large 2 br + loft apartment. The living room feels huge because the ceiling is vaulted. The community is mainly college students, so at times you will hear loud music (mainly weekends). But most of the time its a nice quiet environment. The landlord is very cooperative and fixes things up right away.
