Smelly Dump With A Lazy Office Staff

Rented: From 2008 To 2009

Basically, the only thing good is the underground covered parking and the indoor pool. The units are clean, but old and outdated. They tend to fix things with the easiest solution, never the best. The hallways are dirty and smell terrible. Most of the residents are rude and can't read a sign for recycling, cardboard, or garbage. Kids run and scream in the hallways and residents leave their dog poo bags outside the entry ways. Comcast says the entire building needs to be rewired, but the building won't pay for it. You must have a phone with a 651 area code to have a buzz in option for your apartment. I would never live here again.
