I wish I had seen these reviews before I signed the lease. Don't fall for their low price; you can still find a decent place with same price at the neighborhood.

I totally agree with all other reviews about how this place is noisy, filthy, and unsafe. It is like the floors, walls, and ceilings are made from paper. If you are looking for some nice place to rest and enjoy after work I can guarantee you this is not the right place. It took me a month to be able to fall asleep before whole apartment become quiet.

You should also be extra caution about the management; they are so careless and inconsiderate. Steve, the manager, knows nothing about customer care. I doubt it if he has any training or education for this position.

Anyway don't even think about this place.
