Waterford Place Townhomes has an amazing staff that is always friendly and willing to help. There have been many very nice changes to the property since the new management company has taken over. The units here are very large and spacious with awesome views. There is a very big park behind the property with ponds and walking trails. Wildlife is everywhere! It is absolutely beautiful. Waterford Place also has got some very good move in specials right now. If your looking for a great place to raise a family then this is the place to go. The property is also close to everything but tucked neatly out of the way of all the busy roads in Eagan. =)
