I have lived here for 2 yrs and it is by far one of the best managed complexes (and cleanest!) I have lived in. I am renewing for another yr here. The management and maintenance staff are top-notch and very quick to respond to any questions. The units are clean and I have never had a problem with hearing anything from other units. There are only 4 units per floor and are more like townhomes that apartments. I would definately recommend Eden Commons to anyone looking for a safe, and clean place to live. Plus it is a great location.
