Well-designed and maintained. Friendly management. Upscale international mix of clients, many corporate families here for a couple of years or so. Kid friendly, cats & dogs okay.

Adjoins Wooddale Church on one side and Bryant Lake Park (beach, playgrouynd, boat launch on another, many walkng trails in park.

Constant parade of wildlife -- deer, raccoons, opossums, chimunks, turtles, wild turkeys, geese, mallards, wood ducks, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, finches, jays, cardinals etc. Even a coyote once.
