Review for Greenfield Apartments

This apartment community use to be very nice and pleasant until the leasing staff they have on board now was hired( former caretakers)! They are very rude and the care taking team they have now is very rude to longtime residents..very lazy in doing their job. The paint job is crap.
The property manager is the only awesome person working there. If you need something down...she'll get it done...whatever it takes.
The worst thing about this place is the quality of people that the leasing agents are renting to now. The new people moving in are very rude and never put the grocery carts back--mention this to the leasing agents and nothing is done about it and the caretakers REFUSE to take the them down for us long term residents to use. This community is not far from where that 90-yr grandmother was murdered...yes the police are here daily... that's why I am getting the hell out of here. That is what you get whe you start accepting sec. 08 housing vouchers.
