Review for Lloyd Management-Leasing Apartments

This place really is the worst place I have ever lived. Rebuilt in 2007 by unqualified workmen using substandard shotty building materials. Management is crazy and very mean spirted. They completely refuses to fix anything. The complex is run by a midget with a major Neopolian complex and always trying to gain access to tenants' apartment both legally and ILLEGALLY. Lloyd management likes to charge $50 late fees even when the rent is paid in full and on time! Management has been seen throughing recyclables in the the regular trash dumpster many time. Located right across the street from a very loud and busy railroad hub where the trains run almost constantly 24/7/365. Stay far away from this dump!!!
