Review for Oak Ridge Apartments

We lived here for two years and had very few problems. The staff was helpful and friendly when issues came up. The neighbors were nice and quiet most of the time. The apartments are up to date and look very nice. The problems started when I decided to move. They would not allow me to leave without a fight I submitted a 60 day notice which they cliamed to lose untill I called them everyday untill they found It. They are4 terrible at returning phone calls at the office Amy Gonyea from sela is a real piece of work. I politelyy asked If I could leave before my 60 day notice and immedeatly she threatened mre with legal action. WE were very diligent in cleaning our apartment when we left but they still with held our deposit for issues that legaly were wear and tear they also tried to bill me an additional $900 to clean the carpet they told me not to do before I left and for discoloration of countertops due to moisture absorbtion. F these bastards I will now have to bring legal action against them for my deposit. DO NOT RENT from them they are awful.
