Review for New Brighton View Apartments

I've lived here 2 years and haven't had many problems. Our few maintenance issues have been handled very quickly. Office staff is very friendly. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves and are relatively quiet. Good location, close to major highways and other necessities. On the negative side, there was one scary night when some drunk/high man was wandering around the hallways. Also, many of the washers and dryers are often not working well or are always in use, the pool has been closed quite a bit and we've had our share of pill bugs. Overall, it's okay for what you pay.
