Review for Georgetowne Homes Apartments

The maintanance staff responds very quickly on requests for maintance. They are respectful and willing to help even with things that are little.
We have had some big problems with parking however. But now have been informed that if having a big get together to inform them and they will try to get an open unit for use of the driveway and possibly garage. There is NO street parking and you only get your one stall in garage and one spot in driveway so it caused problems when we had my daughter's birthday party. But it turned out ok in the end.
Very centrally located with gas station, restaraunts, Walmart/ Target/ Menards, etc.., daycares/ preschools, churches all within very short walking distance (less than mile but more like couple blocks).
