Review for Winchester Apartments

1. Terrible Management.
2. Scam artists when it comes to your security deposit
3. Carpet & Kitchen are dirty
4. Corridor is always with bad smell & People are smoking at Corridors.
5. Washing machine is in building (not in the unit) & not worked very often.
6. And when you try to move out they hit you will these fees to reduce your security deposit - its how they make their money
7. Manual Car Garage & doesn't work during the winter time.
8. Heating not worked many times during winter.
9. Hot water problem during winter time & Summer time also.
10.Raised rent $50 with no improvements made to the unit after the first lease.
11. I SINCERELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENTS.
