I've lived here for more than two years, and the place is going downhill. The apartments are supposed to be remodeled, but all the remodeling has done for my apartment is make it mice infested. I've been dealing with the mouse problem for over 8 months, and the management has not been able to deal with it effectively. Furthermore, I asked for a small rent reduction for my great inconvenience and having to deal with the unsanitary condition, and the management refused even a small allowance.

Additionally, when I first moved in, I felt safe being in the dark parking lot at night. However, with the tenants that are coming into the building, I am no longer comfortable going outside by myself at night.

All in all, the high rent that this place charges is not worth it. Find a different place with better amenities and better management.
