Review for Rosedale Estates South Apartments

The leasing staff is friendly. The apartment is fairly clean and painted. Those are the only good things you can say about the property. The security in this building is the worst I have ever seen. I have experienced 3 break-ins. My car was broken into (inside their so-called secure garage that I pay $50 a month for). My apartment was broken into. My storage shed was broken into. The security doors are blocked open almost 24 hours a day with rocks, sticks, etc. so that people buying drugs can enter the apartment at will. The garage door is stuck open half of the time. The other half of the time it is stuck shut, so you can't park inside the garage you pay for. Anyone who walks by the building could enter the building any hour of the day. Drug dealers hang out outside the front door at night making the environment a scary one. There are NO security cameras. The security doors don't matter because they are always blocked open. The Roseville Police are at the building about every other day on some kind of call. The elevator is out of order one out of every five days. The owner is cheap and won't fix anything. Maintenance is unknowledgeable. My Asian neighbors are up all hours of the night partying and grilling out. So you better wear earplugs if you want to get to sleep. Save yourself a huge headache and look elsewhere to rent. Better yet, buy a house in a quiet, crime-free area.
