Mice And No Regard

I moved in to Colonial Terrace to save a little bit of money before buying a home. Big mistake--You get what you pay for. The rent may be cheaper than the surrounding apartments in the area, but I would cough up an extra couple bucks and stay away from Colonial Terrace!!

First--MAJOR mice problem. They are running freely in the hallway and on all floors. You will run into a few dead ones in the hallway if you are not watching where you are going. I used to live on the third floor and have caught no less than 10 in traps and many more lying dead from poison.

Secondly--The manager, Dan. A man who is rarely there, but when there, chatting on the phone and not getting the major repairs done when needed. Trying to have a conversation with this man is kind of like going to the dentist to have teeth pulled--painful. Don't expect to have anything done that you request; he is too busy "catering" to his favorite female renters.

Third--Raises in laundry. You never get any notification.

Fourth--Corporate office. They forget the renters are paying their salary.

Fifth--Hot water. 50% of the time.

I could write more, but you get the hint. STAY AWAY!!!
