Review for Sela Investments Apartments

This place (Rhode Island Chateau) is a mess and it starts with the management, SELA, and Amy Gonyea, the manager! She is impossible to get a hold of (and when you do, she s RUDE!) and the assistants are very rude! The carpet was absolutely filthy (rust stains all over) when I moved in!! They have threatened me with eviction, but have no grounds to evict. They also come into your apt without warning. Any time you call maintenance, they dont answer and it takes them at least a week to respond, and I have yet to get things fixed that I called in a long time ago.)The appliances are also shotty. The fridge freezes the produce while the freezer melts the icecream. The dishwasher leaves soap all over the dishes, even if you do TWO washes, one without soap and one with soap. The stove burners are tilted so when you make something, it all slides to one side of the pan, theres no microwave (it probably wouldnt have worked anyways), and both faucets in the kitchen and bathtub had to be replaced, and after numerous calls, it surprisingly was, and the garbage disposal doesnt work. PLEASE do NOT move in here, it s cheaper than normal, but that is only because the customer service is lousy and nonexistent.

My god this is the exact same experience I had, through and through, we should all get together and class action them for our security deposits back.
