Review for Park Tower Apartments

Park Towers Apartments are in a perfect location, right next to highway 100. My work is close by and there isn't much crime. There is however noise problems. When I toured the apartment, the manager, Valarie, told me that the units had cement walls and the noise wouldn't carry. I come to find out that I live next door to the loudest man I have met. I am constantly dealing with him blasting his music and you know what? It goes right through my wall and into my apartment which is a tad annoying, especially when I am trying to do homework. Another problem is the office and it's staff. On the front door to the building, there is listed the office hours but good luck expecting anyone to be there. There are days I leave for work and there isn't a note saying the office will be closed before I get home (at 3pm) and when I come home and need to ask the office staff something, the office is closed with a nice little note that says "sorry ...". The office gives no notice for early closings, which happen 2-3 times a week. Also, the office has changed it's permanent schedule so that they are not open any later than 5 any day which poses a problem for people who work the regular 9-5 (which happen to be the office hours). The maintnence man is a bit lazy. Anytime my apartment has an issue, I report it and when I come home from work, there is a note in my apartment, from the maintnence man, saying that there is no problem in my apartment ... like I just went and made it up to screw with him, right? Anyway, as I said, the location is awesome, I just wish the office staff would get their heads screwed on straight and figure out how to manage instead of taking off early and doing nothing for their tenets. Now I am stuck in a lease and as soon as it is up, I am out of there.
